The Adopt-a-Church relief project was birthed in the heart of west coast race car driver, Chip Rumis, a successful businessman whose family are members of the John 8:31 Ministry in San Diego. Rumis visited many of the damaged areas within days of the devastation wrought by Hurricane Katrina.
